Hands-Free Control 4.0 Released With iOS 6 Support

The highly popular Hands-Free Control jailbreak tweak by iOS developer Brock Haymond has been updated to version 4.0 with support for iOS 6. Hands-Free Control allows the user to control Siri without their hands, as simply saying, "Siri" will force Siri to open up and be ready for the user's commands or queries.
The update includes support for the new iPhone 5, iPod touch 5G, and all of the latest iPads that support Siri too. Basically, anyone jailbroken with evasi0n that has the Siri capability on their iOS device can install Hands-Free Control and use Siri whenever they want without having to use their hands.
After installing the tweak, the user can head over to the preferences pane in the Settings application where they can enable and disable the listening service, or set it to only work when the iOS device is in a charging state:

The user can also adjust the listening service’s strictness so that you don’t accidentally say something that sounds like Siri and have Siri open on you unintentionally. Users can also adjust their keyword, so it doesn’t have to be “Siri.” The tweak also lets users set their own theme and audio settings.
Hands-Free Control 4.0 is a free update to everyone that already owned the previous version(s) of the tweak, however those who have yet to purchase Hands-Free Control can grab it from Cydia’s BigBoss repository for $2.99. Hands-Free Control is a must-have for Siri power-users, and it goes great with AssistantLove!
Due to the nature of Hands-Free Control offering a backgrounded listening service, you may experience a reduction in battery life. It’s not a very significant drain. The listening service listens for your voice whether the device is asleep or awake.

I tried this back in 5.x and set it to only listen when plugged into a power source. It did not work very well. Anyone else have issues? This would be a great tweak if it worked properly. Is there a try before you buy option for this tweak? I feel that all paid tweaks should give you about a week of free use to see if you even like the tweak.

I just downloaded this tweak, I think there might be a bug with Spotify.
I tried playing music but for some reason, it doesn't play.

After you are in siri's window, what do you say to close siri? I tried 'Dismiss', 'quit', 'close'.. What do you say which is the equivalent to pressing the home button..?

Also.. This tweak breaks my voice search in the google app.. If that can get fixed that would be great... Siri really should speak answers back..

Yes, you can close Siri by saying "bye" or "shut down." These are built-in, default, Apple-provided functions of Siri.
We are currently looking into some apps that use the microphone. Unfortunately google search won't share and demands sole control of the mic. We are looking for a fix. In the meantime turning the service off frees up the mic. We will also look into spotify, and suspect it is a similar "sole control" issue.Last edited by Slowfoxtrot; 02-23-2013 at 08:47 PM.

Lol!' LOVE this tweak. Had no idea it existed. The "Trekkie" setting and being able to say "Computer" and have it beep back at you in Trekkie sound is a particular nice touch! Lol!!
From the time you say Bye or Shutdown it takes about '20 seconds' to turn off though. Is that right? Here to help if I can.
If I can't - I know someone who can.

It Would Be Nice If You Didn't Have To Yell Out Loud For Siri Thats the Only Bad Part.
