Default Cloudier is Probably the Best CloudApp iOS Client We've Ever Seen

If you use CloudApp on your Mac, and you’ve been looking for the perfect iOS client to manage the files you upload to CloudApp, then look no further than a brand-new CloudApp client for iOS called Cloudier by iOS developer Jackie Tran. The whole interface of Cloudier looks great, and functionally, it has everything a regular CloudApp user is ever going to need in a mobile environment like iOS.

From the main page, you will be able to upload files from your iOS device. The Cloudier application gives you the choice of uploading pictures, videos, text, and bookmarks. Tapping on the video button, for instance, brings up an interface asking if you want to take a video, select an existing video from your Camera Roll to upload, or upload the last-taken video. Cloudier even comes with the option to compress multiple items into a zipped folder before uploading, which we thought was neat.

You can manage the files in your CloudApp account via the file-viewer. For instance, the image viewer below lets you see all of the images that you’ve uploaded, and then you can tap on them individually to see them enlarged with deleting and sharing options. From the file list view, you can also access sharing and deleting options by simply swiping on the files:

Cloudier comes with a preferences pane so you can manage your CloudApp account, image quality, privacy options, linking options, and more:

While using CloudApp is free on a Mac, you do have to shell out $2.99 to purchase the Cloudier application from the iOS App Store. A great amount of detail went into the aesthetics of Cloudier for iOS, so it's definitely worth it for the user interface experience that Cloudier offers. There are also other alternatives for managing your CloudApp account on iOS, such as DropCloud, Cloud2go, and Cloudette.

If you want to grab Cloudier for $2.99 from the App Store, you can grab it from this link.

Google drive is also become a very good cloud app for iOS. I prefer it over Dropbox. It seems to have more functionality as total service over Dropbox. Plus it's more secure. Just my opinion, others may prefer this, or Dropbox.

I hate how google drive doesnt show you the preview of the file because you click on it. and dropbox preview is too small. skydrive has the perfect one I believe.
