This looks like a nice app and I'd buy it if it worked with other music apps. I don't use the stock music app due to its limitations.

If you only use it for creating the ringtone there's nothing wrong with the stock app whatsoever. It's simple to use. My 8 year old could do it. Definitely worth 5.00 especially since ringtones (decent ones) are .99.

Unlimtones does the exact same thing for free. The Dev is having a laugh wanting 4.99.

I just installed unlimtones, thanks for the heads up, it is simple and works great, and is free.

In a future update you should consider allowing users to manually input the start and end times. It's virtually impossible to get an exact second with the slide bars.

There is quite a few www pages than can make any mp3 into ringtone for free.

Yeah, but that's not the whole point of Rinngo.

You still need a computer to do what you're saying. Rinngo is all done on the device, and it imports the ringtone into your ringtone library for you on the fly without needing to sync with iTunes.

Yes, but once again, UnlimTones does the exact same thing, doesn't need iTunes, and is free.

This new app sounds great but not worth shelling out $5 for... I sifted they all the ringtone apps but could not find Unlimitones anywhere! Can anyone tell me who developed it or why I can't find it? I'd love a ringtone maker that doesn't force me to connect to a PC or Mac to do so... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As far as I'm concerned, it's not a matter of price, it's a matter of which dev I'm paying my cash to. Cocoanuts won't get one more single cent from me, and I'm sure those who bought Celeste or some other tweak from them will agree.
Not saying I'll pirate it, I'll just rely to someone worthier of my cash.
