Someone should have a look at that instead of doing everything for the iPhones also test on the iPad too.

Who cares about the clock. They already spent way too much time testing!

What really ticks me off me is they promised to release evasi0n on Sunday,
and didn't deliver until Tuesday.

i have iphone 4 and it was jailbroken under evasi0n 1.1 on 6.1 firmware after installing winterboard and reboot. when opening cydia it shows 1/4 of the screen and couldn't do anything. need some answer how to fix it and thanks in advance

Meaning you have pirated apps with app sync installed, restore your phone and do NOT use app sync, or it will break it once again, devs have tweeted about it many times.

That's a bit arrogant ... each case is unique, you shouldn't assume like that.. I installed app sync years ago TO TEST APPS I WROTE .. but haven't used it in over a year and I still have the issue mentioned... but thanks to the script that was released a few days ago, I know how to fix it... and app sync has jack to do with it because it's not, nor has it been on my device in a long long time.. I always restore fresh.

Yup same here... 2nd update since release and Pod2g said they know what the problem was
that is causing the weather app not to work, but still - not fixed.

Pretty sure it's jail break related. But when I download and app it downloads 2 of the same apps. Then stays on loading forever but when I click on the app it finishes. Then I respring and the apps are loading all over again. Any help would be appreciated. 4s.

I did not get app sync until well after 1.1 and it didn't work. Weather app is screwed up on OTA devices. I literally cannot restore or update on my Mac laptop.

Weather did work for me since the beginning. Now with the new update it crashes. WTF ? Oh yes, I never used ******* & co. iPhone 5.
5 minutes later... It's fixed. All I have done is a simple reboot. Weird, no ?

1) They never promised for a Sunday release.
2) Then only day they announced for a release was on Monday, which was the official day of the release . Not Tuesday as you state.

On the iPad in safe mode the clock is normal, when its in jailbreak mode after jailbreaking with this its all screwed. Usually its got the clocks and the world at the top and whatever whatever you've chosen its also got the weather on the world map.
After you jailbreak its all screwed. Those clocks and world map are gone and its now just black and you can see half a clock at the top.
All the tabs at the bottom are also screwed up. They are usually grey buttons, well the buttons are gone and black boxes replaced there instead.

Nothing out of the 4 tabs work.

It was nice they released the jailbreak but they screwed it up by releasing it for so many IOS's. They should've just released it for 6.1 and let everyone update as there is nothing different between IOS6.0 and 6.1 except for a few bugs missing.

If they released it for 6.1 only they would've had more time to find these bugs and fix them instead of stuffing around with IOS6.0 and IOS6.01

There are a few IOS's that cant be jailbroken, IOS6.0 and 6.01 should've been in that list also.

BTW, while people are fixing things someone should really have a go at this site. THIS thread is stuffed. I can only see 1 post unless I Go Advanced then I can see other posts if I scroll down..

I was responding to b19. Who earlier warned us that Planetbeing was untrustworthy (for having broke his promises, and because he was going to release on Tuesday) and who was frustrated that evad3rs spent so much time testing. And who is now frustrated because evad3rs spent too little time testing.

And maybe doesn't have a strong sense of irony.

Since my i5 has been jail broken, the 'Barclays Mobile Banking' app keeps crashing when I try to log in.. Not sure if its a conflict issue, is there a way to find out? Any ideas? Thanks

Last I checked, it's illegal to jailbreak iPads. Is it ok to talk about that here @ ModMyi?

For all those ******** about jailbreak on how it was tested and when it was released NEXT upgrade version You do the jailbreak. I was happy as hell to wait and know that not all things can be tested but do get worked out in the long run.
