Anyone notice their Voice Memos app not working? Starts then crashes.

i think the problem is winterboard because the weather app crashes since i installed winterborad .

someone can confirm please ?

downloaded the update and weather still crashes.. where is this UI Tool Kit you guys are talking about? Cant seem to locate it in cydia..

I have an i5 and on 6.1

I'd load my screenshot but its not letting me.. I tried the search and nothing comes up.. I've looked in the cydia/telesphoreo source and nothing under "U" but "urban fanatics source"
