Anyone got stucket at the 'clicking the icon on the springboard' part? It's been like 15 minutes and nothing changed in evasi0n installer. What should i do? Click it again?

Pod2g says if Cydia is stuck at "patching kernel" to hold the home and power button until it forces a reboot. This should solve the problem.

Should show up on your last page of icons... I did a 4S and iPad4.. both took about 5 minutes with no issues.

I did all that before It's not showing. Maybe I should try to restore fresh and do it again.

After a (successful) JailBreak, Cydia immediately showed an update for envasi0n Untethered 1.1 & of course I updated.
Does anyone know what that supposedly fixed because I didn't see any issues???

Can't download/install anything or access my account info, but I'm just glad to have jailbroken my iPhone 5. Once the servers are stopped being bombarded, I'm sure we're all able to install our cherished tweaks and apps.

Got stuck on 'Finding Offsets...' for about 15 minutes, maybe a little less, started up. Ran Cydia, respring'ed'. After getting an error for SBS, and a long time to refresh 'Changes', figured it was better to wait until things calm down. Thanks @pimskeks, @planetbeing, @pod2g, and @MuscleNerd!!! I'm wondering this as well, except I cannot even get that update because of the Hammering the Cydia servers are taking. Most I can do right now is add my repos and even then, adding a repo takes about 5 minutes for each because of all the errors

Overall smooth process. After jailbreaking I loaded cydia just to click around and everything seemed fine (aside from the slow loads). After that I decided to restart, just to ensure the untethered(ness?) I got stuck at the apple logo for 15 minutes, so I decided to force reboot and that seemed to have worked. Not sure what that was all about.

Anyway, I donated $50.00. I thought it would be fair considering how many devices I'm going to jailbreak with this tool.

Updated my iphone 5 to 6.1, and jailbroke it. All went perfect, bu lost my custom carrier logo, and weather app crashes.

Jailbroke my wife's iphone 5 runnung 6.0, and it got stuck on patching kernal. Forced reboot, and it works perfect. Custom carrier logo is still there, and weather app works fine.

I should have stayed on 6.0

I can't get past that phase when i'm supposed to click that goddamn icon. Can some1 help me or atleast share their thoughts? After clicking how long it took to move to the next step?

I have this problem as well. I tried checking to see if the phone would boot and got stuck on the apple logo. I've had to force reboot as many as 3 times before the phone turned on.

Also, my stock weather app stopped working.

I'm restoring and going to wait a while on the jailbreak and hopefully these bugs will be ironed out.

I just noticed that on my iPad mini, the weather app is loading up as a scaled down iPhone app. My iPhone 5 weather crashes instantaneously.
