For the record, TetherMe works with iOS 6. All updates to TetherMe have been free thus far.

Probally gonna go that route.

Glad this is happening I do however wish it showed a little more gratitude for the dev but explained more that charging for compatibility updates is unreasonable and that it should be inclusive. We've already showed the dev our support by paying him. It's already limited software to the fact that you can only use it while jailbreaking, and now apparently, while on iOS 5.

IntelliscreenX? Bleh LockInfo where it's at. I fell in love with this tweak and thats all I ever needed. I used to have IntelliscreenX but I dumped that for LockInfo Yea I agreed with most that IntelliscreenX shouldn't charge for upgrade to make it work on iOS 6 lol...LockInfo does not

You're just quoting the article. This upgrade fee is unacceptable. Would apple charge an extra $4.99 when they update their Pages app for a newer iOS version? Or any app for that matter.
I can understand adding more features and options for a jailbreak tweak. However, the developers are only making it iOS 6 compatible.

Well according to intelliborn adding bigger images = $5 so if you pay $5 then yes if you do not then you are left with a broken unusable tweak.

No, not yet unfortunately. But I'm pretty sure it's in the works.

There is currently a repository available for the biteSMS for iOS 6, I had it on my iPhone 4 running 6.1beta2. But I'm not sure if its compatible with certain devices, such as iPhone 5.

Also, I have a video on my YouTube channel for the iOS 6 biteSMS but it was a slightly older version and I'm sure the popular tweak has been updated since.
