ultrasnow hasn't been updated to work with 6.X firmware yet, as least not officially. You will want to wait until a tool like redsnow or snowbreeze incorporates this new jailbreak so that you can create a custom firmware to preserve your baseband. Then hope that Musclenerd also updates ultrasnow's compatibility with 6.X firmware, he usually does after a new jailbreak comes out though.

I have to say i have had all iPhones since the 3gs and have jailbroken all of them, but never made any kind of comments so now is the the time to tell all the ones involved in making the jailbreaks that your time and efforts in the jailbreaking process are much appreciated. I'm happy and I can't sleep the days are becoming too long I live in a country where I cannot use PayPal to donate they should make donations through liberty reserve possible so they know we also appreciate their work without them iPhones would have eluded as since its announcement because until official unlocked became available there is no official iPhone carrier in my country-owner or ultrasn0w should please remember to update to unlock newer basebands on iPhone 5 this is the reason I may still want to keep the i5 unupdated so I can preserve baseband thanks to you guys you rock!!!!

Totally agree. 6.1 is looking SOLID! If its one of the last JB's we have I'll be happy!

Didn't he tweet saying he removed the infini limit on ios 5 as it wasn't infinite and more finite? Sure he tweeted that few weeks ago.

I like the idea of Cydia being pre primed within the JB so it doesn't get hammered as much as it usually does...

Why mess with ultrasn0w anymore when you can buy unlocks cheap? I've bought several (seven, I think) unlocks on Ebay for less than $10 each. Every one of them worked great.

Sadly that won't be available anymore thanks to congress passing a law that makes unlocking a smartphone illegal, and I bet they all have evad3rs page bookmarked and on auto refresh just waiting to jailbreak their iphone 5.

There are many exemptions to this. Not ALL phones are illegal to unlock. But I'm not going to get into the legalities here.

There is a petition to make unlocking legal again. Sign it you want to!
