Just change the file its looking for in the box at the bottom. It has two options Ipsw and ipcc.

I was using iTunes 10 and gave me one option, so then I updated to 11 and still the same with one option.

Did you received message like "could not find iTunes.exe...."? if so, go to "Advanced" and choose the file iTunes.exe (not a shortcut, the real one).

Other way to check if it should work is to quit iTunes, open CCL and than click on "Let's get started" - if iTunes will open, than it should allow you to choose ipcc files too.

Program required me to change the Windows decimal symbol from , to . in the control panel before it would accept my carrier version. After that, worked fine! Didn't even have to restart. Thank you very much!

Yeah, Windows 7 with the latest version of iTunes. Clicking either .ispw or .ipcc and then "Open" yields what I assume to be an empty folder. No files appear and the message says "No items match you search"

So i managed to change my carrier logo but I couldn't restore it back to the default. I then tried creating another to get a new original .pcc and still couldn't restore from that one. Tried rebooting and all.

I have a 4S on Verizon, could not change it. The Verizon options says LTE so I presume it's for the 5 only :/

Just for anybody that is testing out the logos, you don't have to reset the phone every time. If you just put it into airplane mode, and back off the carrier logo will update.
