What the hell is wrong with you. Apple REPLACES a $600 product because of a tiny microscopic scratch that a handful of users are whining about, and that is your conclusion?

What's wrong with me? Nothing at all. Cuz it's the truth. Apple is great but what's wrong here is they ship out a billion half *** paint job iPhones with scuffs on them before you even open the box. They knew this was going to be a problem before they shipped out the phones. They had to test the phones right? That's not really the point that bothers me. What bothers me is their response to the issue like its the user at fault for the scratches when they barely took it out the box. PipeBomb.

Like TechnoUniversity mentioned, NO BRAND NEW $600 phone should come out the box scratched. NO EXCUSE

I agree that in an ideal situation the product would be flawless out of box. This is why companies like apple allow you to enjoy your product in store before you go so that you know if its right or not. If something is wrong you simply say so and move on, its also why it comes with a warranty.

My iPhone 5 was delivered by FedEx and it had a tiny yet noticeable chip on the shinny black trim and a dent. I took it back and got a new one took three phones (two replacements were brought out and we found scuffs on them) After a long day I finally got a mint phone the way it should have been from day one (9/21/12). These products do not sell for a couple of dollars therefore I want my phone brand new and sexy.

I don't get this - Normal wear and tear - yes ok fair wear and tear after what, 6 months, or say 9 months, but what 3 days and its called normal wear and tear - that can't be good .

I've been through the 2, the 3 the 3s and the 4 - skipped the 4s as did nothing - not sure I'll go to the 5 - poor wifi, scratches easily, silly connector

I've talked to Apple about this and they're aware of the issue. They're getting flooded with calls and shipping out replacements.
