If you understand it is stolen then why not turn it into the Police and let the person who rightfully owns it have a chance at getting it back.

Previous headphones with remote and mic. only came with the iPhone is this going to be the same case with these new headphones because I'm planning on getting an iPod Touch 5G and I could really use a remote and mic.
P.S. Are the iPod Touch Headphones coming with a case?

"iFixit expects the paper cone to be less tear-prone than the plastic cones in the previous generation ear buds, which means the EarPods are less likely to blow out on you."

I don't understand how paper tolerates water better than plastic nor do I understand how it is less likely to tear.
