Rovio Teases iOS Gamers With Video of 'Bad Piggies' Game Play

For those of you that have been waiting for Rovio’s next big hit in the App Store (the makers of Angry Birds), you’re going to want to feast your eyes on this teaser video of the upcoming game ‘Bad Piggies.’ As ModMyi reported about two weeks ago, Bad Piggies is Rovio’s newest creation that will put you in the shoes of the pigs for once.

In the new world of Bag Piggies, you will be creating your own vehicles for the pigs to use – building them yourself and then putting your creations to the test in order to steal the eggs of the famous Angry Birds. Of course, if your building skills are sub-par, you might end up crashing right into a wall instead of navigating over it or around it.



As you get to the finish line (the point where the egg is), you will be attempting to keep as much of your vehicle intact as possible. Your score is reliant on collecting stars throughout the level and your score, like Angry Birds and many other iOS games, is determined in a grading system of three stars – one being the worst and three being the most outstanding.

Being that you are creating your own vehicles and avoiding obstacles that you might end up flying at with high velocities, the game-play is a lot different than Angry Birds regardless of having the same characters that we are all used to. It has a lot more user input and is less systematic; being much more interactive, this should make the game a lot more interesting and fun to play for everybody – even the ones that now hate Angry Birds.

Bad Piggies will be available for iOS, Mac, Android, and Windows on September 27th (next Thursday). Excited?
