Newly Surfaced Photos Show Next-Gen iPhone Logic Board with Shielding Removed

Just last week, a pair of photos that showed what was claimed to be the logic board for the next-generation iPhone had surfaced. Although the pictures didn’t provide much information due to the shielding on the device shown, more pictures continue to surface on the web. Chinese site, Sina.com now shares a new set of photos showing components allegedly from the next-generation iPhone, including a pair of photos showing the logic board with the shielding removed.

Unfortunately, the photos seem to be quite blurry and furthermore, they supposedly showcase the logic board at an incomplete stage of assembly for the part. This being the case the photos continue to limit the amount of information that can be determined.
According to the report, the original source said that the next-generation iPhone will use the A5X chip, which is currently found in the third-generation iPad. This conclusion doesn’t appear to be the case based on the logic board photos though. Other sources continue to remain unclear on what chip Apple will use in the new iPhone. Since it doesn’t need the full graphic capability of the latest iPad and will probably require that RAM be included within the package rather than separately (as seen with the A5X in the iPad), the Cupertino California company may use a mixture of hardware to meet the needs.
For those of you who are interested, you can hit the source link below for more photos.

I hope we get a better processor but the same RAM. Or maybe next generation RAM. Because adding more of the current technology will only be a detriment to battery life

They should have measured this to give an idea of the phone size.

Honestly, I really hope this is fake. If that really is the A5x, it doesn't even look like it. The A5X in the iPad had a silver heatsink, there is no silver present except for the sim slot. Fingers crossed!
