Easily Change Display Brightness With 'QuickBrightness'

If you’re constantly struggling to reduce eye-strain by adjusting the display brightness, but find the tedious need to go into the Settings application and fumble through preference panes annoying, then you should give this new free Activator plug-in a try. It’s free and you can download it from Cydia today. Dubbed QuickBrightness by iOS developer Henri gil, the plug-in ensures you have quick and easy access to your display brightness at all times.
We couldn’t have asked for a simpler interface. When you invoke your chosen Activator action (Activator is also a free application from Cydia, if you don’t have it already), the pop-up appears in your face allowing you to simply slide the display brightness to a preferable setting and then allows you to tap on the ‘done’ button to save your setting.
The plug-in is especially useful for anyone that has auto-brightness disabled because of its sometimes-sketchy accuracy. For those of you that have auto-brightness enabled and feel that it doesn’t get the job done right, QuickBrightness is a solution to your problems as well.
The plug-in doesn’t come with any options except for the choice of Activator action you want to use. Simply put, just hop into the Activator preferences pane from the Settings application, choose an action you’re not using yet, and assign it to QuickBrightness:

While the plug-in is made solidly, some will prefer the SBSettings plug-in alternatives, or some other jailbreak tweaks the move the brightness slider to the multitasking App Switcher or Notification Center. It all comes down to personal preference, but for the free price tag, you can’t really go wrong with whatever you choose to use.

Or you can get this: MyAssistant
or this: AssistantExtensions
and tell Siri to do it, and a bunch of other stuff as well...
All these tweaks just bog your phone down or worse cause conflicts. Sayin...
