I paid with PayPal. Try that. Are you opening it from your phone or pc? Worked for me through the iPad. Try going directly to Walmart.com and try it that way.

Doesn't work for me using any form of payment or number of cards. It's a dead offer with a confusing error. Waste of time.

I called Walmart and it was a glitch on their side, they were supposed to get it back up and running but looks like they shut it down!
