Apple Pushing iOS 6 Beta 2 to Developers

Apple is slowly pushing an update for iOS 6 devices over the air (OTA) with download sizes varying from about 290-322MB. The update is pretty large, signaling that more features could be added to iOS 6 beta in this update as well as a variety of bug fixes.
The update is currently not yet live on Apple’s Web site and there are still no detailed change logs for the update explaining what the update adds or fixes. It is also showing up on only some iOS devices, but it is expected to reach more as time goes on and more updates are pushed.
The update will likely be seeded from the developer section of Apple's Web site for an iTunes-restorable alternative to updating over the air, as Apple has done for beta software in the past.
The update was originally entitled, “operating system 6.0” instead of the expected iOS 6 Beta 2. After a short while, they changed the name of the update to iOS 6 beta 2. As expected, the update will only run on the iPod touch 4G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and the new iPad.
When more features are learned about iOS 6 Beta 2, ModMyi will fill you in on the details.

FYI, MMi does not allow buying/selling/distributing/requesting registration of UDID slots. Any posts asking for this will be deleted.

Did anyone else's iPhone brick when trying to update OTA? After bricking, I tried to restore it through iTunes the old fashioned way by selected the iOS 6 Beta 2 file I downloaded and it won't install.
Help! iPhone 4 GSM here...

I can confirm that the OTA update works for me (iPhone 4S) from iOS 6 Beta 1 installed using the iTunes update 'hacktivation' method.

My battery on beta 1 has been dramatically better than it was on iOS 5. We'll see how beta 2 goes.

my battery has been fine as well. i see they improved the rendering in the app store with the new UI. iPad looks rather nice, and the fact you dont need a password when upgrading apps is nice as well. (has been on beta 1 as well)
