'AppCent' Will Show You App Download Percentages

Apple always leaves you in question of exactly how much of your application has been downloaded when you start downloading an application from the App Store. All they give you is a mildly vague download indicator that shows a blue bar, which fills up as the application downloads. Without a numeric amount showing to help you discern the true download status, how does Apple expect you to sleep well at night?
iOS developer Rudolf Lichtner has come up with a solution to this problem by allowing a percentage indicator to appear in place of the application name of the application icon while it downloads. The tweak, dubbed AppCent, will be free as soon as it is released. After the download and install is complete, the application name will once again appear in place of the percentage indicator. The screenshot above shows you what the percentage indicator would look like in an everyday situation.
From AppCent's preferences pane in the Settings application, you can enable and disable the tweak on demand:

The idea behind AppCent wasn’t to functionally improve anything, per se. The tweak mostly just adds a reassuring cosmetic indicator to the bottom of the application to help you see the download status. It won’t speed up your downloads, or anything fancy like that. Additionally, it only displays an indicator for App Store applications, since Cydia applications are not installed in the same way as App Store applications are.
AppCent is currently not available on the public Cydia repositories just yet, however it is expected to become live on the ModMyi repository sometime in the next 24 hours. For now, Rudolf is allowing everyone to have early access to the tweak from his private repository; his repository is displayed below if you are interested in downloading AppCent:
Name: AppCentPHP Code:cydia.rud0lf77.be
Price: FREE
Version: 1.0-2
Repo: ModMyi
Developer: Rudolf Lichtner
Editor's Rating: / 3.5/5
Update: AppCent is available in Cydia from the ModMyi repository now.

Is it a percentage based on the total progress of that little bar? Because only about the first half of that bar is the actual app downloading. The rest of it is the installation process.
