No, the ipod was shipped with 5.1. I was just putting emphasis on the fact that when we tried to tether it, everything ran smooth for about 30 minutes and then it simply stopped working

I believe because it was the last version compatible with the 2G or 3G. Not sure.

Yah lol. Now it's stuck on "What's Jailbreak?" (Which is a pretty dumb title, duh) asked Broom to fix it but he hasn't got the PM yet. Anyways yah ot was irony all the way. We honestly think spam-o-matic did it.
