Default Get A New, Factory Unlocked 16GB iPhone 4S for $619

A brand new factory unlocked iPhone 4S is pretty pricy from the get-go, however you can get some money off if you choose to purchase from go4computers. Apple sells the factory unlocked 16GB iPhone 4S in white or black for $649 per unit on their Web site. The current go4computers price for the 16GB iPhone 4S in white or black is $619 per unit. That knocks $30 off of the price from Apple's Web site.

While $30 isn’t a very large decrease in price from the rather high $649 price tag, the small sale is always welcome for buyers. Go4computers’ cheaper price comes with some strings attached – for one, there is a limit of one per buyer. More importantly is that the cheaper pricing will only last for another two days give or take a few hours and supplies are limited.

Being factory unlocked means the iPhone 4S is capable of being used on more than one specific GSM network and it is contract-free when you purchase it. Normally when you buy an iPhone 4S from a carrier and pay the usual $199 price, you are locked into a two-year contract and the iPhone is locked into use for that carrier you bought it from only.

There are alternative ways to unlock iPhones, however factory unlocks are much better as they are permanent without any prerequisites, where other unlocks require spending extra money or jailbreaking. Let us know if you will be snagging one of these iPhones.

Factory unlocks are always the best. They don't rely on anything specific.

That doesn't make them "best." an unlock is an unlock. They are simply more convenient when from the factory

They're true unlocks, not band aids. That's why they're the best. If you or someone else makes a mistake with your iPhone when relying on a third party unlock, you could be completely out of luck. Factory unlocks are permanent and there's no chance of losing it. If that doesn't make an unlock the best, then I couldn't tell you what does.

this is not bad if your not going to sign up for a 2 yr data contract with AT&T. but if you are, you can just get a subsidized one for $199. then just call and get it unlocked. yes, you'll still be required to fullfill you 2yrs.. but at least your unlocked and can travel with your iphone

So what kind of kickbacks are you guys getting for clicks to that site?

It's obviously not "news," so there has to be something Anthony is personally getting or that the site is paying MMI for clicks.

Please note that I respond to this to have experience on JB and UL since 3.x.x days AND also having and currently owning a factory UL phone. I am also a HUGE supporter and advocate of JB and UL.

An UL is NOT an UL. Any type of software manipulation disrupts the OEM nature of a phone. Again, I LOVE LOVE my JB phone and I would NOT have it any other way. I wont own an iPhone unless its JB. Period.

By changing the OEM nature of a phone, the phone runs the risk of not working correctly. That would be in regards to JB AND UL the phone. 1st you JB, then you "non factory" UL the phone. Having a factory UL phone ensures the stability factor of being able to use it to ........be used on a network. Reliably. Thats talking and data usage. So as much as I LOVE LOVE all "teams" of people to provide the JB AND UL factors of an iPhone stability is everything. An UL is NOT and UL.
