What idiots don't get:
Throttled speed = less data obtained in a certain amount of time = limited.
When your speed is throttled, the amount of data you use is curbed.
Unlimited Data = an infinite amount of data that can be obtained in an inmessureable amount of time.
If that time is restrained to a limit (be it by speed or data amount), it therefor becomes a measurable variable and a determined amount within a specified time frame. Then it no longer constitutes itself as "unlimited".
Also, if they are throttling unlimited data plans at 3gb, I can purchase a 3gb plan for $30 and claim that I have an unlimited data plan according to AT&T's data policy and agreement.
There should be "no limits" to an unlimited agreement.

According to the dictionary
[uhn-lim-i-tid] Show IPA
not limited; unrestricted; unconfined: unlimited trade.
boundless; infinite; vast: the unlimited skies.
without any qualification or exception; unconditional.

I haven't been throttled and I'm close to 5 gb. I understand throttling if someone hits that mark in a few days, but at the end of a billing cycle is ridiculous.

Yeah I bought MLB.tv with At Bat and now I've gone over 3GB since I don't get wifi in the area I use it the most. Jesus Christ my bill is $200 for my wife and son on a family plan. I've been with at&t for atleast 7-8 years back when I had a black and white screen Nokia LOL.
