Sn0wbreeze 2.9.1 Released

Having some issues with sn0wbreeze v2.9? Don't fret.
Sn0wbreeze is a Windows alternative to redsn0w and will provide you with an untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.0.1 using pod2g's exploits. Version 2.9 brought support for countless different iOS firmware versions when it was released on its second birthday.

iH8sn0w has pushed out a new version of sn0wbreeze (version 2.9.1) today to address some really simple problems that plagued some users who were using sn0wbreeze version 2.9. The update isn't a big one. One of these problems would cause an iPhone 3G to not flash the iPad base-band when chosen. So far, the feedback on version 2.9.1 is positive in that it fixes the iPhone 3G base-band issue that was existent in version 2.9. Any iPhone 3G owners who try to apply the iPad base-band to their custom firmware today with sn0wbreeze should find that it implements it correctly without any errors. The other minor fix has to do with a PAM problem which is now fully resolved.
Sn0wbreeze v2.9.1 supports all iDevices EXCEPT iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and Apple TV. The following firmwares are supported:
- 3.1.3
- 3.2.x
- 4.0.x
- 4.1
- 4.2.1 - 4.2.8
- 4.3 - 4.3.3
- 5.0.1
You can download the new sn0wbreeze update from this link. Additionally, you can follow our guide for jailbreaking with sn0wbreeze v2.9.1 from this link.

They should start putting "This isn't an A5 jailbreak" in titles like these. Amirite?

Why would anyone expect an A5 jailbreak from sn0wbreeze before redsn0w? MuscleNerd is with the A5 jailbreak group (dream team), not iH8sn0w. Redsn0w would get the jailbreak before sn0wbreeze would - that's a safe bet.

Eh, I'm not a developer or anything, but months seems like a stretch considering "the hard part is over".
Really I have no clue what they are doing now. I know an ETA would be too much pressure and would probably end in a broken promise, but a todo list would be nice to see where they stand, if it's not too much trouble.
