Man. Being in the jailbreak community has made me really appreciate all the hard work these guys do. Without them, or any other member that has even contributed remotely, the iphone would not be the phone of my choice at all and im sure this feeling is the same to you guys/girls as well. By having a 4S and by having to use the phone without tweaks, has also made me appreciate the value in apps like ISX or my3G. So whenever the new jailbreak lands to us end users, i will take that extra minute to donate to the "dream team". These guys deserve every penny for all their hard work. They are the reason the iphone continues to be MyPhone.

I will definitely donate at least $40 once a software unlock for the 4s running on 5.0.1 comes out. Anything short of that isn't worth my hard earned dollars.

Without a jailbreak, there is no unlock. (I am guessing you meant carrier unlock?)

Yes I do mean a carrier unlock. Unlocking my phone is the sole reason why I Jb in the first place. MN already mentioned the dev team has managed to dump the baseband from 5.0. Hopefully that same exploit will work on the 5.0.1 baseband. Time will tell.

Theres major testing currently underway to solve the respring loop, then it needs to get wrapped in a GUI for release... So patience is all we need.

There also looking into if siri is being effected and possibly disabled by detection of a jailbroken kernel.....grrr its torture isn't it.
