This is a great idea. I am happy to send my crash reports to chronic and I hope it helps with future jailbreaks. Crash reports ARE what helped apple to patch iOS 5 exploits before it was released, right? So why can't they help jailbreakers discover them instead!

Luke - thanks for taking the time to explain. I'll be installing the tool as soon as the 4S jailbreak is released.

If you are jail breaking your phone, you should already know that you are potentially at risk for your device being compromised. Any and all tweaks 'could' be tracking you but you knew that already!!! Right???
Jailbreaking is for those that don't mind the risk, therefore, you can be happy w/ a tweaked out phone or be happy w/ a stock phone. It's your choice....nobody is forcing you to jailbreak.

Let's be honest anyone who's anyone can find out where you are or who you are. Sure people use small devices to get your credit card number and if that was to happen you would call up say "hey I didn't buy this" and cancel your card and issue a new one. (big deal). People are so paranoid.

Nice. I used the PC tool to send my crash reports about a month ago. I'll surely install this to send them again...

As soon as this a5 jb comes out the package will be on my phone...I would rather help the dev team out with future jb's and for them to be steps ahead with jb's...although I'm grateful to apple for bringing us iPhone's

Funny thing is legit apps that we pay for in the App store capture our data and sell it. TomTom is one of them that has gotten in trouble for it. I am sure there are many many more legit apps that do the same thing. I for one have nothing to hide. I live a boring life and just work on cars. All they will get is pics of my cars which are already all over the internet. I for one will add this mod to help the future.
For those having problems finding it you have to wait for everything to load then it will popup.Last edited by GodStang; 01-15-2012 at 05:50 PM.

Would be better if you could select a time/day to send data!

It would be cool if this package had an option slider for 'Only send reports over wi-fi'.
It would help on the data usage front (my mobile carrier only allows me 750MB per month) and on the security front.
