    Default Moeseth Releases TwitkaFly Lite

TwitkaFly is amazing. Now you can try it for free!

Do you remember TwitkaFly? In December we posted a review and a giveaway for it. It is a Twitter client that lets you operate Twitter from anywhere on your iDevice, regardless of having the Twitter application (or any other application) open or not. The options that encompass TwitkaFly are extensive; they are a must-have for any Twitter users that are looking for a better Twitter experience on iOS. The genius mind behind TwitkaFly? -- None other than iOS developer moeseth.

To shed some light on the features of TwitkaFly Lite, they are identical to TwitkaFly. TwitkaFly Lite simply lacks the feature to tweet photographs to Twitter and doesn't allow you to have the quick reply feature. So, it will be missing two critical components, but as a lite version it lets you see if you enjoy the animations, the GUI (graphical user interface), and the functionality. When you decide that you enjoy TwitkaFly Lite (TwitkaFly Lite is an unlimited time trial), then you can purchase TwitkaFly for $1.99 or if you are content with TwitkaFly Lite, you can even keep using it forever.

One of the newer features of TwitkaFly that wasn't available in the version that we reviewed in December is the ability to compose a Tweet from within Notification Center instead of wasting a precious Activator action on it. We know that Activator actions are limited, so we try our hardest to preserve them for important stuff. Now, you can simply pretty a button in Notification Center and remove TwitkaFly from your Activator settings. The button in Notification Center is cleverly tucked at the bottom left corner of Notification Center as you can see in the image below:

The quick compose option shown above is available in the TwitkaFly Lite version of the tweak. You simply will not be able to quick reply. Because TwitkaFly Lite is free, it's a great way to add more Twitter functionality to your iDevice. It does more than the iOS 5 integrated Twitter options let you do. TwitkaFly (both versions) are compatible with iOS 4 and iOS 5 and with any jailbreakable iDevice. There are numerous settings to configure and no icons added to your home screen. Check it out!

I think it's funny that you said "when you decide that you enjoy TwitkaFly"

That's because of a network problem on your end. The tweak works fine. Code is solid.

nope, no network problems here. That error message takes me to my actual Twitter app where i post my tweet just fine.

I can assure you that it's not a tweak problem. It's programmed to communicate with Twitter. That means something on your device is obstructing it. Of known bugs, not being able to post certainly isn't one of them.

Do you think it's incompatible with another tweak?
