My car is a 2005 and it does not have an AUX input but it has a nice factory infinity sound system and a 6 disc in dash which I never use and a cassette player. Ya I am rocking the cassette adapter. It works! But def not new. I am 30 years old and these have been around as long as I can remember.

Modern frickin technology! What will they think of next? Maybe a Bluetooth headset? Now that would be awesome huh?

What's really a hoot... Anthony was probably at Wal-Mart, saw one of these, and was like... "WOW!! What a concept"!! LOL

I used to use one of these 11 years ago with my Walkman portable CD player to play it over my trucks cassette deck. Nothing new.

    Bluetooth Cassette Adapter w/ Built-in MIC - BT-Cassette

But it looks like it still needs to be powered by cigarette lighter adapter. Ugh. All that free energy going to waste.
Powered by cigarette lighter??? What are you talking about?!? These never have used a cig lighter.

Based on all of the comments I'm gonna have to go buy and review an Apple II next.

This is really really old technology =) surprised to see it here..

I had one of these in my car when I was 16 and I'm 34 now .. that's 18 years ago folks! You can find these things cheaper than $9.99 ..

I'm honestly shocked these things are still being made, I thought they'd gone the way of the walkman .. it would be more useful to have some way to magically hook up our idevice to a cd player that doesn't have any other inputs =)

    LOL. Good one!

Seriously though folks, HOW on earth did this make it as news on the site? .. is the author getting some kind of referral money for it or something? or are they so young that this tech has slipped off the radar and some how seems new? ..

And honestly .. who still has a casset deck in their car? if you can afford an ipod/iphone/ipad you can surely afford a better head unit in your car..

This is entirely not news.. it's embarrassing to see it here to be honest =)

Lmao. Why not just use an fm transmitter? It will sound a lot better and be a lot quieter. Tape decks are noisy!

It's funny how y'all can pay $200 nix or more for an iPhone...but no pay 70 for a cheap lil pioneer radio with aux unit...
