Gamespot's iOS Device Trade-in Program Enjoys Fast Start
Gamestop’s prowess in the realm of pre-owned games is well-known, but their recent foray into iOS device trade-ins has been a resounding success according to the company.
“The velocity of this trade program has exceeded our expectations stated GameStop. We expect to see strong post-holiday traffic as customers trade in older models that were replaced by gifts.” — GameStop president Tony Bartel
Gamestop does have a list of iDevices they will not accept:
- iPodŽ, iPhoneŽ or iPadŽ devices with dents, severe scratches or personal engravings on the casing are NOT accepted.
- iPodŽ, iPhoneŽ or iPadŽ devices with cracked or severely scratched screens are NOT accepted.
- iPodŽ, iPhoneŽ or iPadŽ devices that are defective, will not power on OR which the screen is not readable are NOT accepted.
- iPodŽ, iPhoneŽ or iPadŽ devices with water damage are NOT accepted.

Lol gamespot! I'm heading there right now!
I think 150 for an iPod touch is a great deal if you want a fast sale, or you can hold out in eBay or craigslist for 20 more bucks.
