Big boss repofiles are down right now can not get cydia to load them all ? Spire was there when I installed it on my 3GS and went to update my 4 and untether jail break. Spire was not there any more and all of the big boss files did not load? Will wait and keep checking. Today was a big day for ios jail breaking am very happy there are people out there that take time to make the rest of us happy

Be careful who you give your keys to. Not saying its happening here on Modmyi but I already know 2 people who got phished out of their 4s keys by somebody claiming they run servers. Just be careful guys.

Have had same issue starting last pm and still no spire this am. Also am having trouble installing other apps and such with cydia keep getting errors and just does not seem to be working well at all.
Anyone having similar? I am assuming its cause all the traffic because of the untether but????

I don't really care about siri, but will this add the voice to text "mic button" in your messages? This is all I really want. You shouldn't need a key for that... right?

Yes It does. But like my post above, I have everything required, but don't know how to enter it! Lol

Oh and to answer your last question, yes, you do need a key for that. It still uses apple's servers to transcode which costs them money.

My idea is how does apple get the information to make the 24 hour key? Cause if it's like a udid and a serial why can't we just send that every 24 hours and receive the key back? I am sure their is a way, it's just how long it takes us to find it!

nope you still need a key for that. don't even mention any of those failed ones that were released. they were all 100% illegal.

this **** is so frustrating. I have a working Siriproxy and it siri will not work. Thanks for the details on how to get it to work. And I thought setting up the SiriProxy was the hardest part.. just clicking the damn mic is hard, it won't register or function. Wasted a whole day on this..

If you install this after you jailbreak and install app store apps it breaks all the app store apps.

When I installed Spire tonight, I lost the ability to open my apps. I uninstalled it and they were good to go. I did reboot the phone when it was needed too and did the just boot feature in redsnow. Has anyone else ran into this type of issue? Just trying to figure out if I'm the only one. Thanks.

I too have many apps that won't open completely after the Spire installation.

Yeah, Spire definitely has some major tweaking that needs to be done. It really makes me wonder if the people who say that have it working are full of ****, or don't use their iPhone for anything else.

I know somebody that spoke with Grant about these issues and he said he's not going to fix it until more of a use is found for it. I'm sure when the A5 jb is released this will take a big turn. My friend Anthony Bouchard and I are getting things together to get it worked out so when a fix is implemented we know how the server and everything works. Thank God for Anthony because I couldn't figure out how to setup the proxy. I'm just furnishing the tokens.

I encountered one app that I was unable to open. I did a trial and error uninstall until I got to the culprit, Spire. I just uninstalled since I didn't have a working proxy server anyway.

I agree with you & I have the same problem. For now I had to remove Spire

After installing Spire I am unable to open any 3rd party apps. I did even uninstalled SBSettings but it didn't help at all.
Solution for now: Removed Spire - next step: waiting for JB for iPhone 4S which will help with new better Spire ...
