The reason Santa missed your house this Christmas Eve? Siri's servers were down.

Apple's latest commercial gets in the Christmas Spirit with a Siri inspired commercial. Apparently Siri is Santa's newest elf replacing hundreds, if not thousands, of north-pole dwelling dwarves. Even Santa's little helpers can fall victim to advancements in technology.

The commercial itself falls in line with Apple' latest Siri inspired efforts focusing on the digital assistants capabilities will never quite moving the camera above the eye-line of the person handling their iPhone. I'm not sure how much Cleveland's city officials paid Apple to mention their city in the commercials, or maybe it was just a simple "draw a city out of the hat" scenario.

Either way, Santa officially has an iPhone 4S. I wonder if Samsung will answer back with a Santa bashing anti-Apple commercial?

Is it just me or in the last scene of that commercial is there a glowing Apple logo on the iPhone? Maybe it's jut reflected light but that thing is bright.

Well unfortunately Steve isn't with us anymore and what he would or wouldn't do is irrelevant since obviously his approval cannot be given.
