Unfortunately you have to have an iPhone 4 or better and your profile says you have a 3GS :-(

I want to start by stating that I never use cheat codes but my teenage daughter does. With that sing said, I can assure you that you cannot use cheat codes the way consoles do but if you search for "gta" in the app store you will find a cheat app for gta3.
