iCloud backup only works when plugged in, on wifi, and locked.

The rest are just text except for photo stream. You can turn each service on or off.

Not sure about match. It looks like it stores some music locally but also shows music that you haven't saved locally but are in the cloud. Not sure if playing it causes it to save locally, or if you stream it each time.

it says right in the article. 5gb free, 10gb is $20, 20gb $40, 50gb $100 per year. it is separate from your data usage on your plan.

ok thanks. i have backed everything up in itunes now. So when i plug in the phone i should "restore" it as a "new device"? i dont care about preservicng the baseband and i will just wait for the JB to be relaeased. i just want to make sure i dont brick my phone trying to upgrade it to iOS 5. i did and upgrade before when 4.3.3 was released and it froze the phone on the apple screen and dont want to do that again.
