Quick question Peeps, I was finally able to download IOS 5 and extract it, I went to iTunes and hit shift and restore and on to locate the IOS 5 file and keep getting the "Unknown error 3149". I've tried literally everything and just can't get it!! Any suggestions Guys??

Open tiny umbrella, click advanced. Deselect the box that says "set hosts to cydia on exit". Then close tiny umbrella and try the restore again. Originally Posted by louee6

For my 3GS I need to preserve the baseband to be able to unlock with Ultrasn0w. I got my 3GS before iPhones came to my network so I need to keep the baseband and use Ultrasn0w when they update it. Originally Posted by Poseidon79

i have successfully installed and untethered jailbreak(via sn0wbreeze) ios5 GM on an iphone 3gs old bootrom with a baseband of 6.15 all i need now is ultrasn0w unlock so i can have phone...ps the ios is really cool

well i did it, it works with gevey, but i can't get my push notifications to work, any help???
