if this is a screenshot of a customer service ticketing system, shouldnt they have every product listed in there? i count 21 (not 16) released versions of apple products on atts network:

iphone 2g - 4gb/8gb/16gb
iphone 3g - 8gb black/16gb black/16gb white
iphone 3gs - 8gb black/16gb black/16gb white/32gb black/32gb white
iphone 4 - 16gb black/16gb white/32gb black/32gb white
ipad - 16gb/32gb/64gb

... thats why theres only iPhone 4s white and nothing more not even the memory or a different color but they have different memory and color for the iPhone 4..? even a bad photoshopped like me could manage to photo shop that anyway i don't need anymore rumors of iPhone 5 like this. i just want to know when and what.

Yes, activation fees can be and are waived often. I would consider it good marketing. How much did you jave to pay for activation of a nokia phone? Nothing, because it works out of the box, and the account activation is really not too expensive.

+1. My activation fees were waived on my three iPhone 4's.

On a side note, I like to wait till things actually happen to determine my reaction Usually people get hyped up all over nothing, or if it's truthful news they get all hyped up and are about to jump out of their pants waiting for it to be released.
