I downloaded the vladkorotnev file and placed it in Themes...but it does not work...please help! My sound file is where it's supposed to be /var/mobile/startup.wav
Let me know what i need to do please and thank you.

Just download it from Cydia as it is available now. Your startup.wav should still take!
If not, to manually install any .deb file:
Go to /var/root/Media
*you might have to create a Cydia folder in the Media folder
*then create an AutoInstall folder inside the Cydia folder
***pay attention to my capitalization for those folders!!!***
*Bookmark the AutoInstall folder for future use
*Final result will be: /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall
Place the .deb file in the AutoInstall folder and REBOOT your phone
That's it

I just wish it played the sound louder. I've boosted the volume on the file itself and it's still quiet. Must be some limitation of the system, too bad.
