MobileNotifier Adds MobileReply

Despite Peter Hajas's announcement about taking a break from MobileNotifier, it has not stopped him and his graphic designer, Kyle Adams, from releasing their promised quick reply capability deemed MobileReply. In an exclusive interview with ModMyi, Peter talked about and demoed some of MobileNotifier beta4 and mentioned that a quick reply capability was in the works. It was unknown when it would be released at the time but Peter and Kyle have been working tirelessly to get this implementation out and available to users.
MobileReply is completely internal and runs directly with the native SMS client. The interface is clean, solid, and flows well with the iOS SpringBoard. It is without a doubt that this implementation has gone through a ton of testing and polishing until it worked to absolute perfection.
The MobileNotifier beta5 release, named Ecstatic Eggo, also includes a brand new dashboard, full text view, and improved speed all around. On top of this, the alert notifications are re-designed and simplified and now you're able to recall the last notification via an Activator command. Lockscreen bugfixes are included also. As a package, this release is revolutionary and a great addition to MobileNotifier's already stable platform. This is the greatest release since the inception of the project and is a "last hurrah before his absence" Hajas says. Beta5 is not only a cutting edge release but is a firm reminder that Hajas has not left for good and shall be returning in the near future.
Peter released a video demo of the new features in beta5 Ecstatic Eggo:
MobileNotifier is free, open-source, and available on the following repo:

Very awesome. Thank you. Does not yet work with BiteSMS. Any progress on that front?

I love the idea, but wish there was more to it. For some reason the quick reply doesnt work on the lockscreen, theres no way to get the reply field back on the screen if u take too long to reply and disappears making you go into the messaging app instead. Like I said, I like the idea it has going, but there needs to be more options and to be able to get a statusbar icon like bitesms to click our textmessages to minimize or maximize the messages.

Any chance you can make the quick reply work with text free...?

So after waiting for months for the beta to move a bit further along, I decided to take the plunge and download beta 5 today. Very impressed overall! One small thing that gets on my nerves though: if I ignore an alert until it goes away and then clear it later in the dashboard, the badge on the app's icon does not get dismissed as well. I still have to open the app before the badge will clear (which pretty much defeats the purpose of the dashboard). Is this a bug or did I miss a setting that controls this behavior?

Has the previous issue of this tweak overriding your selected text tone to the default one been fixed?
