PictureMe - Camera Timer Delay/Rapid Shot

A collaborative effort between Tyler Nettleon (@InfectionFX) and Filippo Bigarella (@FilippoBiga) has produced a new upcoming tweak called PictureMe. With PictureMe, two staple features allow you to do the following:
- Timer - set the number of seconds before the camera on your iDevice snaps a picture
- Rapid Shot - set the number of pictures that will be taken simultaneously on your iDevice
The tweak runs within the Camera.app and has minimal settings. When you press the new added arrow on the Camera.app screen, the settings overlay appears and allows you to manipulate the settings. One current limitation is that the Timer and Rapid Shot toggle can't be on at the same time. However, this functionality may come in the near future. This simple addition to your Camera.app brings much needed functions to the iDevice camera that has not been provided by Apple iOS updates. PictureMe was submitted this evening so it should be released sometime soon. I can make no promises on when it will be released but I will do my best to keep the readers informed on when it hits Cydia. PictureMe will be available on Cydia for $1.99.
For more information about PictureMe and other developments by the two developers, follow Tyler and Filippo on Twitter.
Below is a video demo of PictureMe by myself:

Sounds useful but not as much if you're not too much into taking pictures. Otherwise, a good tweak; maybe I'll get it just to try it out and see how good it is.

This explains why Springtomize is so buggy, Filippo Bigarella has been working on this.

Josh - THANK YOU for all the jailbreak tweak news you've been posting to the site lately. This site used to have a wednesday weekly JB tweak update, but for some reason that disappeared. That was my main reason for coming here, and its disappearance made me become less enthusiastic about MMi. Your regular updates have once again renewed my interest here. I know you can't control releases, but even hearing about upcoming updates/features feels far more rewarding than knowing how many people check facebook before going to bed. It is really, REALLY refreshing to see these posts. Keep them coming, and thank you again.

i really wish someone could just find a way to make a camera app that consistently launches faster.... i've tried quickpix and a handful of others from the app store but inevitably when i want to get the camera app up quickly it just hangs waiting to activate the camera. =[ must be a tough nut to crack.

I'm glad I could renew your spirits my friend! It's an honor to write for MMi and I'm glad the work I've produced has made you return here. Thanks of the enthusiasm and support. About time we get a tweak like this! I was getting tired of using an AppStore camera app for delay/rapid taking pictures. Definitely buying this!!

Great article, really

Finally nice to have a built-in feature so that everybody can be in the picture, and not for one person to be left out to take the pic
