Im stil on 4.1 n happy with it although my warranty ends up like in a month I think I have to mess up my iPhone so I can get a new one

If you still want to sue crApple for the location thingy then get an iPhone 3G as thats still got it and they have already stopped making IOS for it.
Either they release a new ISO for the 3G or they can still get sued.

And after the hell of a long weekend (4 days) for me trying to update my iPad there is no friggin way I'm going to update again so soon.

Then this update will have a bug the 4.3.4 will have a bug then 4.3.5.....etc etc blah blah Apple FkOff with these sh_itty updates, at least add something worthwhile like better multitasking or better sounds or features, then bang out an update people may actually want to update to, all  is doing is making more work for themselves and pi_ssing off us with pointless updates...APPLE get a grip, billion dollar company and the jailbreak community are laughing at you,we have out smarted your empty IOS and completely revamped every idevice out there to be awesome........think on.

This update is supposed to keep apple or anybody from spying on you but It seems to me this update just covers up what your locations are on your device..this is just a update for publicity reasons...All cell phone companies and makers had to follow a federal law back in the late 90's were all cell phone companies and makers had to follow so the fed will be able to spy on you thru your phone, by listening to you or by watching you or by knowing your location when ever they feel like it..

Find My iPhone remotely activates the GPS as long as the iPhone is connected to the net via wifi,3G,Edge/2G

Tracking isn't really the best word for this. The iPhone isn't constantly recording your location 24/7. Just that every time you used Google Maps, or a Sat Nav app, or Facebook places or Foursquare or any app that asked for your location, it saved that location in a database on the phone. But they claim that it was only supposed to store around 5 previous locations instead of every previous location.

I totally agree, I have a JB 4.2.1 and the only good reason to move on to 4.3+ is the hotspur feature which I find useless against MyWi, I'll just wait till 5.0

You should get a factory unlock if you are using unofficial carrier or if you do alot of travelling. In this case sell both and get fac unlock, just a suggestion

Damit why do we have to spend an hour proforming updates for this phone!!! First backup, then download 200mb+ update, then update phone and finally restore the phone again. This is the most advanced phone with the best mobile os, why can't apple release a small update APP!!? Download the App from the AppStore and patch a quick fix with it. Duh!

Well...since Apple obviously wants to patch the jailbreaks...that's why!
