you can delete the ads by going to an ssh program (ifile, winscp, etc.) then go to var,stash,applications or something like that an deleting adsheet.app.

since a bunch of people are on the subject of winterboard problems, does anyone know when they will come out with an update that fixes the lockscreen problems?

PATH: “[root]/var/stash/Applications.xxx/ and Rename the folder “AdSheet.app” in “AdSheet” > RESPRING

Dock is kinda like that but totally not. Don't know if that makes any sense. Plus it supports folders.

It's funny how everyone thinks Apple "should do this or have that". But what you've failed to realize is that Apple has to make a product for the Millions of people. And not everyone wants the same things on their phone or even know how to use it if apple put it in their OS. So this is why I think jailbreaking is an awesome tool in today's market as it allows anyone to customize THEIR phones to THEIR liking or what is practical for there everyday lives.

You seem to forget that before the App Store there was Cydia. Before MultiTasking there was BackGrounder. Wallpaper. And so on and so on. Also they are supposed to be implementing Multiflow expose style multitasking into the next phone. I think the question is where would the millions and Apple be without the JB community.

here's a tip for people using ancient and buggy mobile terminal. if you have any ssh client app (i use iTerm) just ssh 127.0.0.1, log in as root, and you're all set. i got tired of trying to chase down a version of mobile terminal that was updated and not buggy. sad, but this is one case the app store offerings put cydia's to shame.
