Just noticed we're up to 0.2. Anyone know what was changed?

Anyone know a method to view this info in Google Earth? Something to convert it into a kml file, maybe?

My appstore updates tab is not working since the install of untrackd, it says can not connect to itunesstore, but it will download new apps.

Subject: Location blocker issues (via Twitter)

    @rpetrich
@pushfix restores from backup fail, reduces locationd's ability to get a fix, kills location fencing (not that my version is perfect either)

I suggest using untrackerd until a more elegant solution is available.

I bet apple grabs a copy of the file every time you go to the appstore, they then save it on their hard drives.

Could/likely be a problem with Apple. I uninstalled untrackerd and it still fails even after several reboots.

Maybe its because your consolidated file is empty now, so they wont let you connect?

Also a maybe here, Maybe Apple is making some backdoor changes to cover their buts from being sued, so they had to shut down the updates while changing some things. Then they can act innocent, we dont use the file, we just like to have it in case there is a natural disaster so we can save you.

I think we just found the real reason why Apple is so against Jailbreaking. They didn't want the whole world to find out they were being tracked by Apple. Untrackerd installed! I've said it many times and now I mean it more than ever, I wouldn't even want my iPhone if I couldn't jailbreak it!

I installed this but my consolidated file hasn't changed in size, I'm on 4.2.1.

Using untrackerd, the size will never change because it's a dababase file but the records inside the database are being deleted. It should not continue to get larger

AT&T cannot tell if you use MyWi or not. They are guessing based on your data consumption.

I too am "unable to connect" in the App Store Updates tab.

    I've tried the following:
    1.) Uninstall Untrackerd
    2.) Reboot iP4 v4.2.1
3.) Copy .db from laptop to iP4
    Same results

I'm restoring from my earlier backup (prior to installing Untrackerd) and will update when it finishes.

Alright, the person I talked to knew what she was doing and I got some information out of her. I need to know if what I explain is possible for them to identify.

I tether to watch Netflix on my laptop sometimes along with surf, play WoW, ect... I use a good amount of data (just over 5gb/month usually). I gave the typical watching Netflix, MLB.TV, Pandora answer to why it could have been identified. She said it could have been an accident or mistake. I asked how it could have been a mistake. She explained that they are looking at the IP address and wireless devices show an IP address of say a three digit number to start the address (maybe 300.142.4.2) and a laptop uses a 100 series of numbers in the first three digits. If I am only watching Netflix and junk on my phone it will only be 300 series data (mobile device). I mentioned I connect to a VPN on my phone and asked if that could be the reason (I don't really). She said even on a VPN it is a 300 series for mobile devices. She also said they were not provided with the times in which my account was tethered but they indeed can identify it.

It sounded pretty logical. Was she talking out her behind or is this how they are doing it. The account says if I'm tethering after April 30 they will switch my account over. She explained there is an appeals process if I think I have been unfairly switch, although she said nobody has used that process yet (How would she know?). What do you guys think?
