Faster CPU = Shorter battery life
More megapixels = Diminished return
64gig = possible plus though I have an ipad for movies and videos
iOS5 = well that will work on ip4 so its a wash
Better reception = could be a plus if it really is better
No immediate JB = Could be months
Overall....aint seeing the value
Will I buy, maybe but only only after its out and evaluated for value-add over IP4
Apple would be better off waiting till 2012 and releasing something better.

Welp I just saw on Good Morning America that they expect Apple to announce September release on iP5.

Faster CPU = Dual Core = better power management = faster CPU AND better battery life
more megapixels = higher quality photos when size up to a desktop/laptop sized screen. simple as that.
64gig = for those of us with our 16gig or 32gig phones maxed out, 64gig is a huge boon.
iOS5 = will work on iP4 but will run smoother and faster on a phone with better hardware so it isn't a wash. as we all know, iOS4 also runs on the 3G. not very well but it runs. there is a difference.
better reception = WILL be a plus if it is better. we all know it will be better because Apple knows what to correct, it's just a question of how much better.
no immediate JB isn't necessarily accurate as it is pretty well known that comex, musclenerd, and the dev team have already said they have many more jailbreak options available and they just want to choose which firmwares are the ones worth using those jailbreaks on. for all we know they may have a jailbreak that will work on any future firmware in the foreseeable future because it uses the hardware in the phone. they've mentioned something like this in the past.

I'd buy it just for 4G, even if everything else was the same.

Is it just rumors
