    It seems to just be looking like it is flat out for people who use a lot of data whether it is with tethering or not. So android users *should* get the notice too if they use a lot of data.

    my plan was supposed to change 2 months ago and nothing but as of late i notice i am getting throttled back with my speed after i use 4 gigs of data
