French Company Developing Solar Film to Power Future iPhone

I like to see how it will affect the phone, manufacture alway suggest not put the any small device with battery direct under the sun ...... I don't think it will be good as a charger.

i have a solar charge that is smaller than my phone that can charge my phone in about an hour. a friend gave it to me. i have always believed that if this little thing can charge so many electrical devices so quickly that someone somewhere is lying to us about solar potential.
ALL phones and small electronics should be built with this capability.

I don't know. He's a "professional" outdoor person and I think it was a tester from a company. It's unmarked and discreet looking so I pretend it's a product of a secret solar hardware experiment. In reality it's probably very cheap and you can probably buy them online. I've never looked. But it's pretty awesome. The fact that I can hold something smaller than my wallet and use the sun to power things is a very invigorating feeling intellectually.

This is really cool. Definitely want this on my iPhone. iPad would be cool too but no pricing so who knows how much that cost

It didn't take long. And you would always have the option of plugging it in. It's not like the ONLY way to charge your phone would be to wait for good sunlight.
