Correct, new Cydia is packaged with the latest pwnage and redsn0w.

Hey guys, when i try to install this on my iphone 4 using iFile it give me an error saying:

dpkg: requested operation requires superuser privelage.

Any help?

SSH into your phone, go to var/root/media/Cydia/AutoInstall (if you don't have the Cydia folder or AutoIntall folder create them, they're name is case sensitive). Drop the .deb file into AutoInstall, reboot phone.

So I'm still on the old cydia. iPhone 3GS 4.1 and the new 6.15.0 baseband, jailbroken and unlocked. Can I connect to redsn0w and install just cydia over my current one or will that screw something up

I think I found a bug! In Manage, Packages, Cydia will crash if you have a package from uknown source or local install, like self installed debs.

Just installed the new cydia package by downloading to PC then transferring to phone via iFunbox. Worked fine, this baby is WICKED fast. Great work guys!

If you have the baseband of 6.15.0 you must have just used redsn0w or pwnage, you have the new Cydia then.

There have been a few that have had this issue. Not sure if having the debs there is the problem for certain, more people posting will tell the story.
Most have just removed the new install of the Cydia deb, and re-installed and it seemed to cure the crash issue.

I am not certain about that, most have already moved up to the ios4, so I don't know if it will be compatable with your 3.1.3 firmware.

I got this last week when I first caught wind of it on IRC and I was amazed it works this well! Makes Cydia seem almost "native". I swear the AppStore almost has more of a lag than Cydia now (on my slow internet anyway)
