I think Mac has some great products, you'll never catch me without my iPhone 4 or my MacBook pro but I do have to say with all my Mac products I've had some kind of issue where as on my pc I've had 0 so far and I've had the same pc for about 5 years now... I can't complain tho, they do always fix the issues but the main thing I hate about apple is the try way to hard to control us!!! "if you jailbreak your iPhone on 4.1 you'll leave a water mark" hahaha I mean come on, we pay these huge prices for faulty devices that we can't customize? I just think they need to relax a bit...

just returned my second macbook air 11 for a full refund -- completely unusable due to kernal panic "attacks" - needs some xanax or something - at least they gave me a full refund (I bought it the day it came out )

Why is this under iPhone news?

Because Paul doesn't understand that there's other sections to this site. All his news regardless of topic he posts them here. It's ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I mean, I'm all for a varied-range of articles but at least post them in the right section.

It's not IPHONE news. This site has iPhone, iPod, iPad, and Mac sections, each with it's appropriate news section. I just don't understand how we're always reminding people when asking for help to post in the correct section when the writer themselves apparently can't grasp such a simple concept.

I think a new Rule for MODMYI is ( since so many worship the Apple Idol)

1. only happy positive Apple news and put it in the right section.
2. All negative news about Apple (Can't be true) must have an excuse of why its not a problem or True!
3. Anyone who agrees with the story should be ignored and shunned by others since they hate Apple and that is not to be tolerated.
4. Any sign of flaw in an Apple product is understood as a design intention and not a flaw, something that must exist in all such products this type so this (flaw) is normal.
5. Apple products are "ART" and such must be appreciated.

Hahaha. I love when something that Steve produces gets problems. This made my day!

Except for the chassis Apple is using the same or similar hardware, allot of it's software is cheaper than PC's.

Why do we have to pay 2 - 3 times the amount for the Apple laptop compared to Dell, HP Gateway etc. And the desk tops are even more , only thing close is the Mac Mini.
