Apple TV 2 + Jailbreake = So much potential.... so much more that it can do..
YOu quited watching TV, but an Jailbroken AppleTV can possible do so much more than just "watching TV" and that is what make this so relevant. Combinations of iPads, iPhones and TV (Jailbroken) make such a great and large platform to develop

How about releasing a jailbreak?
Telling us what it can do is one thing - actually getting to use the damn thing is another!

Ok maybe I overreacted but when u spend 30 bucks on something u expect to use it. 30 bucks don't grow from trees. And I never upgraded I had the old touch and apple gave me the new one for free. Since they don't make my model anymore and I was mad in the genius bar so they gave it to me.

They should release the finished JB first, then test it, then package the exploits into a nice JB tool, then find the underlying exploits, then start poking around at new and mysterious hardware.
They also need to do this BEFORE Apple releases a new bootrom, to ensure Apple has time to patch the bugs that allowed a JB in the first place.

I'm not even sure what Apple TV is, but heck yeah, jailbreak it!
Man, I've been without a jailbreak for a month now. This is the longest time I've gone without it in more than a year. It's amazing how attached I've become to the added functionality. It's been a month and I still swipe across the time to bring down SBSettings! Going in and out of the Settings app to turn on/off my Wifi is torturous.

I don't care about Apple TV. Why? 6GB internal flash storage - that's it. You hook me up with some nifty apps and expand the storage space somehow, and I might just bite.
Or I might just Roku.

Funny how so many people bash something. Then buy it weeks later. You have an iPad, and I bet you have bashed that on here before as well!
This is a forum for people to talk about apple stuff. Typically people who like and use the products.
If you want to bash apple stuff, Im sure you can go find an anti-apple forum to waste your time on.
