Awesome!
Well, thank's Dev-team
@ STROODLE
I'm running a 3g, on 4.1, as I accidentally upgraded when I was half asleep
Apparently, there is a fix coming soon for 3g's lagging etc coming soon, not sure if it will be included in an iOS though

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting a little tired of Mr. Nick Hesson's headliner images? I feel like the main screen on MMI is one big hodge podge of blue and boring images. Its great that he can turn out stories left and right, and have one basic photoshop base saved that he can layer with whatever he wants, but I'm much more inclined to look else where for mac news because of this. Marketing tip: presentation is never irrelevant.

There are still people with old devices you know, this has been released 1st because it's an adapted version of the old rsn0w which still uses the dfu exploit, unlike greenpoison which is using a brand new exploit, so it will need to be tested again and again until they iron out all the bugs.
What would you prefer a shot jailbreak with massive amounts of bugs etc. Or one that actually works like it's sposed to?
Stop being such an impatient little kid!

So this will enable all the normal 4.1 features for the 2g and 3G , like multitasking ?
-

For those interested, I've just JB's my 4.1 3g and added multi-tasking and the battery percentage. I've added nothing else, not even opened the Cydia store. Speed seems to have taken a bit of a hit, it's a wee bit laggy now, but nowhere near as bad as the phone was under 4.0 or 4.0.1, JB'd or not.
Providing the phone doesn't grind to a halt in the next few days the slight loss of speed is worth the trade off to get multi-tasking for me personally.
