Just tested HDR and it's amazing! Pictures with bright lamps become instantly clear instead of light drowned out.

I can confirm that you don't need your UDID registered. I just installed 4.1 on my girlfriends iPhone 4 and it worked no problems. Didn't want to update mine, I'm still jailbroken and on 4.0.1

So install away!My Mac: iMac 21.6" 2.5GHz Quad-Core i5, 4GB RAM, 500GB, AMD 512MB Video (10.6.6)
iOS Devices: iPhone 4 32GB (4.3.2 JB) | iPad 2 16GB (4.3.2) | Apple TV 2G (4.3 JB)

So, baseband is 5.14.02? Why does it feel like climbing a mountain to get the answer? Has anyone tried jailbreakme.com, redsnow 0.9.5, or ultrasnow to unlock? Lets get to the point people.....pleezzzzzzzzzz

jailbreakme exploit was sealed in the 4.0.2 so it won't work.

Anyone that has installed let us know how it is. I'm really concerned about the proximity sensor issue. I'm tired of hanging up on people, face dialing, ect. Anyone tested to see if it has been completely fixed?

Taken from someone who Jailbroke an iPhone 3G 4.1 GM
"for those on 4.1, don't jailbreak it yet! Wait for an official release.
Cydia won't update it's database, and the iPhone, when you try to turn it off, it will go to the spiny ball thing, and will go back to the lockscreen, so basically you can't turn it off.
But multitasking and wallpapers (activated via redsnow) works fine "
So my guess is that you can still jailbreak via redsn0w but they will need to update couple things. Unlockers will need to preserve their baseband as well since the 4.1 GM update comes with a new baseband version.

I just updated to 4.1 and the 3g works pretty flush with everything so far no complains. I will try redsnow and let you know what happens.

Sounds great for the 3G performance. I had just disabled the multitasking and battery % to regain performance via redsn0w process. Keep us 3G owners updated guys and Thanks!
