Well this app is what i needed to keep my GF from looking at my photos and sms but i found a back door for someone to look at your sms.. All they have to do is go to phone app then click on text message then cancel and your in text app. Works for photo also just open camera and click on the preview photo button and ur in photos..
I know i can lock my phone app but damn what if i need to call emergency the locktopus will just slow me down a bit hope my gf not that smart lol...
also the first time i tried locking something it rebooted my phone to safe mode after that it works fine guess i had to reboot my phone first.?

Just wondering, what if mobile substrate crashes?
Because if you have infiniboard, your springboard isn't so infinite anymore...

one flaw is that when on the idevice and get a text, even tho that app is locked, one can still press view and see the text..... thats a major flaw

The only reason iprotect is worth the extra $6 is for the sim card lock and how it will actually text an alternate number the new sims phone number, does any other apps do that?

looks like a great app. but i just wanna check something first before i buy it. if i use it to lock Photos for example, can someone else still use iFile or SSH into the Photos directory (/var/mobile/Media/DCIM/) to access the photos? in other words, does Locktopus only lock the apps on the springboard, and not in the directory?. iPhone 3GS 32GB . FW 4.2.1 . Black . greenpois0n .

Howcome people who have managed to pay several hundred dollars for an iPhone constantly complain about $2 being too much to spare, even when the app is awesome? Do they complain about that same $2 when they are in the Taco Bell drive through purchasing something that will be gone in 5 minutes?
