Last week I posted the video interview between MakeItWork and Saurik, aka Jay Freeman. He quickly showed off an jailbroken iPhone 4 and ideally the video was to promote the radio show to follow.

Today we have video footage courtesy of MakeItWork of the interview they had promoted in the first part. The video aired yesterday, July 24th. Saurik discusses the history of jailbreaking and the upcoming jailbreak by @comex.

Is there a way to JB without downgrading back to 3.1.3?

I did it with my gfs 3Gs. JB 3.1.2 (it was fine). Then used Sn0wbreeze to JB it at 4.0 (carrier doesn't show and no signal [empty bars])

I hope that when the JB comes out another smart computer wiz develops a app that will unleash this FaceTime option on the phone. Oh. And yup can't wait till I can once again customize my icons. This 4g is just waiting to be unleashed. Apple developed a device and then put a governor on it with help of all the carriers ATT TMOBILE ORANGE ect. All the same just diff name. But... The kewl unlimited apps that are on cydia will once again catapult this device a few yrs ahead of corporate thinking!!!

Saurik rocks, and @comex thanks for putting in the time and effort to jailbreaking while being at the age where you just want to get girls. How do you tear yourself away from that????
