p.s and it was not photo shop nob head it was a screenshot from my ipod!!

What will the Difference be? If apple releases, 4.0.1 first? what ever, the jailbreak was or is will be no good by the time 4.0.2 rolls out, I don't get this guys, specially Geo, he thinks he is the coolest thing since ZeRoCool. Just released the thing and get it over with.......

I have 0 doubt that its real and Geo was able to jailbreak it. He's got no reason to fake it, and I know he has the knowledge to do it.

My point is just don't say how much you hate people asking about it, when that's obviously the farthest thing from the truth. If you don't plan to ever release it say nothing. Or if you do, say it'll be out when its ready.

I have to agree with this. If the point was to deter Apple why not just post a blog that says "been trying to jailbreak this one for a while, Apple seems to have won". That would mislead them into thinking even GeoHot was unable to break and then they push out the new firmware and the JB is released. This smells a lot like what happened with the ps3 exploit that didnt end up going anywhere besides removing my option to install other OS

he is not the only one who can jailbreak a iDevice lol, but he is the only one stupid enough to post a picture of it then state how he hates people asking him about it, this kid is a ******* tool, with a big ego. he isn't the only person capable of this, he probably wasn't the first to do this, the only thing geo has to gripe about is his own narcissism

since day one the scene has been littered with people asking questions, weather you think they are stupid or not is irrelevant, because once you decide to put something out and state what you are working on you have to be aware that you will be dealing with it on your blog, in your email, in your stupid twitter, so either don't release anything and do it to yourself, or own up to what comes along with making a name for yourself in the scene
