I don't pretend to completely comprehend what these tools will mean, but it sounds to me like it'll make it easier for the guys who already make awesome,(and simple), tools for our community to make even more awesome stuff. Thanks to these guys who do all the complicated stuff so that most of us can click "make it rain" or your preferred equivalant.

Greenpoison has already arrived. All this anthrax work is based on Greenpoison. Not all the new stuff has been made public but jailbreak devs have access to it.
